POSITION & RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing the visibility of our exceptional properties, elevating our brand image, and expanding our high-end clientele. You will be involved throughout the entire marketing process, from strategic planning to hands-on execution.
Your main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the local marketing strategy in line with Sotheby’s International Realty standards
- Define and execute communication plans (print & digital) to promote properties for sale and rental
- Create marketing materials: brochures, newsletters, advertising campaigns, social media content, etc.
- Showcase properties through photo and video shoots, virtual tours, and brand storytelling
- Manage local partnerships and media relations
- Coordinate marketing events (property launches, trade shows, client events)
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimize property visibility and generate qualified leads
- Manage and optimize the use of CRM tools to ensure targeted, high-quality client follow-up
- Use the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) to create professional visual content
- Increase online visibility through tailored SEO and SEA strategies suited to the luxury market
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns (KPIs, reporting)
PROFILE:
You hold a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, and have significant experience in the luxury sector, high-end real estate, or premium hospitality. You master the codes of premium marketing and can adapt your approach to an international and demanding clientele. A strong knowledge of the local market is a plus.
You also have:
- Excellent command of digital marketing, social media, and content strategies
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Advanced skills in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEA levers
- Excellent writing skills in both French and English
- A refined aesthetic sensibility and a strong interest in design, architecture, and luxury
- A proactive, creative, and results-driven mindset
